Global residence @ Tiong Bahru is our first major project, that consist of 120 apartments in total, and is solely made of up 2 and 3 bedroom suite. It is basically old hdb apartment, and we had successfully revampled the whole business, and ofcourse we have increased the profit by a hefty 40%.
