You can use these lines to make international calls by simply dialing 001, 013 or 019 (SingTel), 002 or 021 (MobileOne) and 008 or 018 (StartHub). You can also use a prepaid international calling card or intenational direct calling services at public telephones.

Mobile Phones: You can buy a mobile phone to make local and international calls, send and receive SMS, MMS. It comes with either a subscription contract or prepaid subscription.
